Had a birthday meal here and it was Great as usual. Food was fantastic and drinks were great. Price was good as well. Only small problem was that the waiter announced the total cost to everyone there which was a bit embarrassing considering it was a birthday treat!

We have been going to this restaurant for 25 years and it has always been great. On this occasion, we shared onion bhajees and sheesh kebabs for starters, followed by Achari chicken, chicken tikka Masala, and a chicken balti, with pilau rice, plain, garlic and peshwari nans. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended. They deliver.

My family and I have been coming here for 30 years .... It has always been very good but the current staff and management have made it amazing! Food is delicious and service is just as good and friendly and welcoming ..... have has never had a bad meal here it is always brilliant

After poppadoms and dips, I went for the chicken balti keshri as my main, which I’ve not had before. It comes with a plain naan and I added chana sag as a side. The main was delicious - flavoursome sauce, good quality chicken, generous portions... I didn’t feel I needed to add rice. I would definitely have this dish again. Thank you Star of India for providing plenty of options for those of us who don’t like overpowering spice-heat, which many restaurants seem to use to mask the flavour of their food.

London's best Indian restaurant. Extremely innovative menu. Each & every menu item is very creative & made with special delicacy. I really enjoyed & literally spent time reading their different menus & underlying description. It's really great to see the efforts in selecting ingredients.
